Competition Structure:
- 116 Teams divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D)
- 2Round-robin in groups: every team plays every other team
- 32 short sets to 4 games (tie-break at 3-3)
- 4Match tie-break to 7 points if 1-1 in sets
- 5Top 2 teams from each group advance to knockout
